Kirstin Lobato Released!!

Judge Elizabeth Gonzalez’ Order on January 3, 2018 modifying Kirstin Lobato’s sentence for her 2007 misdemeanor conviction to run concurrent with her felony convictions that were overturned on December 29, 2017, and for her to be given credit for time served on her felony convictions.

Kirstin Blaise Lobato’s immediate release from custody of the State of Nevada was Ordered by Clark County District Court Chief Judge Elizabeth Gonzalez at 9:40 am on Wed., Jan 3, 2018.
